Mix-Mix Mail offers super simple weekly warehousing for your eCommerce store's inventory, at both our Los Angeles warehouse and *soon to open* Tokyo warehouse locations!

WHAT IS WAREHOUSING?

In order for us to fulfill your customer's orders, you'll most likely want to keep your store's inventory with us. This type of inventory storage is called "Warehousing"!

After intaking your inventory, we'll safely store it in either a BIN or BOX, or on a PALLET.

The storage type depends on the size of each item, the number of unique units (SKU), and the total size of the inventory that you have. We perform daily cycle-checking throughout our warehouses, and ensure that each Member's warehoused inventory receives a cycle-check at least one time each week.

Like most of our other fulfillment services, Warehousing is charged per week.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT WAREHOUSE

When you warehouse inventory in the same country as your customers, you save on shipping costs and increase the likelihood that orders arrive without issues. Even better, customers get their orders faster, which means happier customers, repeat business, and a better reputation for your store!

In some cases, suppliers aren't able to ship overseas. Guess who specializes in that kind of thing? (hint: it's us). 
We can transfer your inventory between warehouses!

STORAGE SIZES

Warehousing is easy at either of our locations!  

We offer 3 storage sizes:
-BIN
-BOX
-PALLET

In order to make sure there are never any mix ups (pun definitely intended), each storage unit can hold only 1 SKU. That means if you warehouse multiple product types, they will need to be stored separately.

While we can't guarantee how many units of each SKU we'll be able to fit in a BIN, BOX, or on a PALLET, we'll always do our best to allocate your space efficiently, and keep your products safe and protected!

BIN

BIN is the smallest storage size we offer. Each bin is about the size of a shoe box, and can fit about 10 average bananas.

MEMBERSHIP WAREHOUSING

All of our Member Plans come with discounted pricing for Warehousing!

As a Mix-Mix Mail Member, your Warehousing capacity will automatically increase and decrease to fit your current inventory... that way, you only ever pay for the storage you're actually using!

The price of Warehousing is the same at both of our warehouse locations! Like all of our services, Warehousing fees already include tax in the price.

(OPTIONAL) WAREHOUSING SERVICES

In addition to our regular Warehousing services, we also offer optional Warehousing-related services. These are Modules that can be added or removed from your Membership at any time!

Just like regular Warehousing services, '(optional) Warehousing services' are charged per week.

(optional) FOOD AND EXPIRY MANAGEMENT

We track any expiration dates and let you know when your inventory is getting close to the sell-by date!

(optional) RETURNS MANAGEMENT

When an order is returned, we receive it, reprocess it back into our warehouse, and add it back to your inventory.

WAREHOUSING WITH DIRECT CONNECT (coming soon!)

Our Direct Connect service (coming soon!) enables us to connect directly to your eCommerce store on any major eCommerce platform. This service is already included in all Member Plan options.

Through your unique Member page, you can monitor your inventory and Warehousing utilization in real time, anytime!
