International eCommerce without shipping is like Mix-Mix without Mail. That is to say: it's unthinkable!

After a customer places an order on your eCommerce store and we've Pick & Packed the products from your store's inventory, it's time for the part where we... actually ship the order out!

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mix-Mix Mail partners with domestic and international mail courier services!

We negotiate with courier services for the best possible rates, so you can offer a variety of shipping options at lower-cost to your customers! Since we're handling fulfillment for multiple stores, that means lower shipping prices for everyone.

SHIPPING FROM THE RIGHT WAREHOUSE

Shipping is cheaper, faster, and more reliable when orders are sent out closer to the customer. That's why we've got a warehouse on both sides of the Pacific Ocean; Los Angeles and Tokyo!

With easy access to Asia and the America's, our goal is to satisfy your customers with good shipping, no matter where they are!

If you've split your inventory between our warehouses, we'll automatically fulfill customers' orders from whichever location is closest to them. Want to unload inventory from one warehouse in particular? Just let us know, and we'll make sure to ship from only that location!

*We are able to fulfill orders to and from Europe! However, for shipments going to European Union countries, we suggest you register your store with the EU VAT. Unless your store is registered and collects VAT tax, customers that place orders from EU countries will most likely be required to pay VAT 'on delivery', and their shipments may take longer to arrive.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING

We work hard to make sure orders go out quickly and reliably!

We generally ship out orders on the same day customers make them.

As soon as we make a label, our Direct Connect system (coming soon!) automatically sends your customer a notification that their shipment is ready and on the way. This notification includes the order's tracking number.

Each Member Plan comes with Direct Connect service already included. 

Step 1: SHIPPING

After Picking & Packing your customer's order, we prepare the shipping label and any additional documentation (such as a commercial invoice) and secure it to the order's packaging.

PRICE OF SHIPPING

All of our Membership plans come with Shipping (we probably couldn't call ourselves "Mix-Mix Mail" if we didn't actually mail anything)!

Shipping is charged each time we fulfill an order, and the price of our Shipping services are bundled with courier shipping fees and added to your weekly Member Plan payment.

Like all of our services, Shipping fees already include tax in the price.

(OPTIONAL) SHIPPING SERVICE MODULES

In addition to our regular Shipping service, we also offer optional Shipping-related services. These are Modules that can be added or removed from your Membership Plan at any time! We also offer one-time shipping services that are non-recurring.

These Service Modules are charged ONLY after we perform the service. One-time shipping services are charged once, since they are non-recurring.

(one-time service) FDA FOOD & DRINK REGISTRATION

We register your FOOD or DRINK related business with the United States 'Food and Drug Administration' (FDA) in order to comply with import regulations.

(optional) FDA PRIOR NOTICES

Whenever your store receives an order that involves food or drinks being imported into the United States, we make a 'Prior Notice' with the FDA before shipping it.

SHIPPING WITH DIRECT CONNECT (coming soon!)

Our Direct Connect service (coming soon!) enables us to connect directly to your eCommerce store on most eCommerce platforms. This service is already included in all Member Plan options.

Through your unique Member page, you can monitor your customers shipments, and change your store's shipping preferences in real time, anytime!
