INTRODUCING: PICK & PACK
A customer places an order with your store. That's nice. Now what?
This is the part of the fulfillment process called "Pick & Pack", where we transform your online sales into shipments!
When an order comes in through your store, Mix-Mix Mail receives a notification. Then we "pick" the ordered items from your inventory in our warehouse and "pack" those items with care.

PICKING
Once an order is made to your eCommerce store, the picking phase begins.
Our team receives a notification via our Direct Connect system (coming soon!) and immediately gets to work assembling that order. We move through the warehouse while removing the items from your stored inventory, and then we perform a quick quality check before readying those products for packing.
PACKING
Now that we've picked your customer's ordered products from your inventory, what happens next?
We pack them in a box, of course! Or envelope.
Our team selects the best box to fit your customers order and packages everything so as to prevent damage in transit and make the 'product presentation' experience as wonderful as possible.
If you have any box inserts, this is the part where... we insert them into the box.
After that, your customer's order is ready to be shipped!

PICK & PACK WITH DIRECT CONNECT (coming soon!)
Our Direct Connect service (coming soon!) integrates with your eCommerce platform and storefront. When an order comes in, we automatically receive it as well.
You and your customers can view where an order is in the fulfillment process, at any time!
Each Member Plan includes Direct Connect integration with 1 stone. Need more integrations? No problem at all! Additional Direct Connect can easily be added or removed from as modules.

HOW PICK & PACK IS PRICED
Our pricing system is super simple. Pick & Pack fees are:
-Calculated per order
-Based on the weight of the order once it's packed.
That's it. The price of Pick & Pack for each order already includes the cost of packaging and any other shipping materials we use to prepare your order. Member plans come with discounted Pick & Pack prices.
Like all of our services, Pick & Pack fees already include tax in the price.
Each month, your Pick & Pack fees are totaled up and charged on the same date / time as your Member Plan.

EXAMPLE OF PICK & PACK PRICING
Let's illustrate an example of Pick & Pack pricing for a typical order fulfillment.
In this example, we'll say that you have an e-commerce store that, among other things, sells creepy old monkey toys and cute Teruterubozu dolls. For the purpose of this example we'll say your store is on our Bunch Plan.
Creepy Monkey Toy (0.65kg / 1.43lb)
Cute Teruterubozu (0.02kg / 0.04lb)
A customer on your store really likes your creepy monkey toys for some horrible reason, so they place an order for 4 monkey toys and 2 Teruterubozu dolls. Our team receives the order and quickly and efficiently Picks & Packs the products into a small sized box.
The total price of Pick & Pack would be:

CUSTOM PACKING
If there's a certain way you'd like us to pack your store's products, or if you've got a particular kind of packaging you would prefer for us to use (like bubble wrap instead of crinkled packing paper), we can do that!
