Mix-Mix Mail specializes in fulfillment for e-commerce businesses!
How do we do that? By bundling our fulfillment services into specialized Member Plans that are easy to customize, and automatically scale to your growing business!
Each Member Plan includes core fulfillment services as needed, and can be upgraded at anytime with "modules" for additional specialized services.
CORE FULFILLMENT SERVICES
Each Member Plan comes with core fulfillment services ready to be used by your store. These services are:
-Inventory Intake
-Warehousing
-Stock Management
-Pick & Pack
-Shipping
All core fulfillment services are charged 'as needed', and our Member Plans do not have order minimums. So even if your store is super duper teeny-tiny, or just getting started... we're here to help!
PICKING THE RIGHT PLAN
Our system is so simple even a monkey could understand it:
After filling out the Mix-Mix Mail Member application, we'll let you know which Member Plan best matches your current fulfillment needs. After setup and on-boarding, your plan will automatically scale as your business grows. When we think it's time to upgrade your Member Plan, we'll check in with you first!
Member Plans are based on your current number of weekly orders. This number is the total number of orders you recieve each week, across all of the storefronts and websites you sell on. Higher tier Member Plans come with discounted Core Fulfillment service prices, but also have higher weekly administrative fees.
We currently offer 4 Member Plans, intended for small to medium sized e-commerce stores.
BARN PLAN
This Membership plan is ideal for businesses sending out 200 or more orders PER WEEK.
MEMBER PLAN PRICING
Basic Member Plan fees are bundled together into the "Admin Service" fee. This includes services such as account maintenance, inventory cycle-checking, 1 Direct Connect service (coming soon!), etc.
The Admin Service fee is essentially the price of your Member Plan, and it is charged each week.
Order fulfillment fees, shipping fees, and fees from optional service modules are seperate from the Admin Service fee. These are charged at the same time as your Administrative Service fee each week.
INVENTORY INTAKE
- Straight from your supplier: Have your products sent to us directly from your manufacturer / supplier.
- Checked: We check your inventory when it arrives, and scan it into our system.
- Monitor Online: Check your inventory levels at anytime on your unique Member page. (coming soon!)
WAREHOUSING
Store your business's inventory in either of our warehouses, or split your inventory between them!
-Los Angeles Warehouse
-Tokyo Warehouse (coming soon!)
We'll keep your products safe and organized with regular cycle-checks, while they await fulfillment!
PICK & PACK
- Automated Notice: When a customer places an order on your store, we recieve that order automatically!
- Precise Packing: We select the best packaging and dunning for your order fulfillment.
- Process Updates: Your customer recieves notifications every step of the way, from the moment we start Pick & Pack, to the moment the order reaches their door.
SHIPPING
We work with international and domestic couriers in order to give you and your customers a variety of shipping options, at different prices! Enjoy cheaper shipping with our courier-negotiated rates.
