INTRODUCING: INVENTORY INTAKE

STEP 1. SEND INVENTORY OUR WAY
You can send us inventory yourself, or have it delivered to one of our fulfillment warehouses straight from your supplier / manufacturer / etc.
STEP 2. WE DO OUR THING
When your inventory arrives at one of our warehouse, the first thing we do is unload it and check that everything matches the 'Incoming Inventory!' notification. We'll also look your inventory over to make sure there wasn't any damage in transit.
If your inventory isn't already barcoded, this is the part where we put the barcodes on.

Then we scan your inventory into our system, and move everything into BINs, BOXes, or onto PALLETs for Warehousing. See our "Warehousing" page for more information about that.
REAL TIME INVENTORY UPDATES
With our Direct Connect service, your inventory levels update in real time. You can check your inventory at any time from your Member page (coming soon!)

PRICE OF INVENTORY INTAKE

(optional) DDU Service
When your shipment reaches us, if there are any import duties and/ or delivery fees that still need to be paid we can handle them on your behalf!
This is our DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) service, and it's an optional weekly service module that can be added to your Member Plan. No matter what Member Plan you have, it's the same price!
The DDU service fee is charged each week at the same time as your Member Plan. Import duties and/or delivery fees paid on your behalf are added to your next Member Plan payment.

SPECIAL HANDLING
When you fill out the "Incoming Inventory! -notification form" you can tell us if your inventory has any special handling requirements, or if there's a certain way you would prefer we handle it.
