Chapter 1: Mascot Mix
A few years ago, right before the start of a global pandemic (you've probably heard of it), our team got together and decided to change the world... by opening up Mascot Mix!
And then the pandemic happened and everything was horrible for a while 〣( ºΔº )〣
But what is 'Mascot Mix', you ask?
Mascot Mix is a Tokyo-based Japanese snack subscription service that works with local mascot characters from prefectures across Japan!

Chapter 2: Mixing It Up
At the beginning, things were pretty dicey for Mascot Mix! JUST A MONTH after we launched, mail services started to shut down as the pandemic changed the landscape of international shipping.

Along the way, we met other businesses that needed help the way we had.
Our first members were actually some of the local wholesalers we worked with for Mascot Mix! They were followed by other folks who wanted help with packing and shipping for their startups and eCommerce stores. AND NOW WE WANT TO HELP YOU TOO!
Our goal at Mix-Mix Mail is to devote our expertise toward making your eCommerce journey easy and stress free, so you can focus on everything else that matters ☆⌒(≧▽° )

A MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD OF OUR TEAM
“When life gives you lemons; pack 'em up and ship 'em out."
Shawn is the CEO of Mix-Mix Mail and head of our team. Despite looking like a country bumpkin, he was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, so he's actually more of an ocean bumpkin.
Shawn knows how difficult order fulfillment can be for e-commerce stores... especially in Japan! He's been in Tokyo for almost a decade now, and worked with international and domestic e-commerce businsses in that time.
Shawn loves assisting e-commerce stores, and leading the Mix-Mix Mail team. Considering his job involves doing both of these things, he's a generally a pretty happy guy. Just look at that satisfied smile.
