INTRODUCING: RETURNS MANAGEMENT
In any case, your customer wants to return their order.
STEP 1
Your customer has their order returned to one of our warehouses.
STEP 2
We perform Inventory Intake on the returned order.
STEP 3
We notify you that the return has been processed.
WHAT THE HELL IS RETURNS MANAGEMENT?!
We'll get right to it: Returns Management is the process of handling product returns.
When your customer wants to return an order (or any products they've purchased from you), they can just send it back to our warehouse.
We then receive the returned items, inspect their condition, and determine the appropriate next steps: whether that’s restocking, refurbishing, or disposal.
So why would you want to add this service module to your Mix-Mix Mail Membership?
Because returns inevitably happen, and we can make your life a little bit easier by dealing with them for you. With this service module, we'll automatically handle the logistics involved whenever there's a return.
HOW THIS SERVICE MODULE WORKS
This service module is active as soon as it's added to your Member Plan.
Whenever we receive an item that we believe is a return, we'll notify you before conducting an inspection and beginning the process of re-intaking it into your inventory.
You can also let us know in advance, if you're aware a return is coming!
While this service module is attached to your Membership, we'll handle any and all returns your customers make, each week.
That's right: this service module includes an UNLIMITED number of returns each week. All returns are covered in the weekly service fee.
PRICE OF RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Once the 'Returns Management' optional service module is added to your Mix-Mix Mail Membership, we'll automatically perform this service whenever we receive any products that have been returned by your customers for any reason.
This service is charged each week, and the price depends on your Membership Plan. With this service module, we'll process an unlimited number of returns each week.
