Our Member plan comes with core fulfillment services immediately ready to be used by your store. These services are:

All core fulfillment services are charged 'as needed', and our Member Plan does not have order minimums. So even if your store is super duper teeny-tiny, or just getting started... we're here to help!

HOW TO GET STARTED
Our system is so simple even a monkey could understand it:
After filling out the Mix-Mix Mail Member application, we'll reach out to see if there's anything else we should know, or if you have any questions for us. After that, we'll begin setup and on-boarding.
Our Member Plan is intended for small to medium sized e-commerce stores selling to customers in Japan. For larger stores handling 5000+ orders per month, we offer custom plans. Just let us know if you're considering a custom plan!
MEMBER PLAN PRICING
Administrative services fees are bundled together into the "Member Plan" fee. This includes services such as account maintenance, inventory cycle-checking, Direct Connect service, etc.
The Member Plan fee is charged each month.
Order fulfillment service fees (like Pick & Pack & Ship), and fees from optional services are also charged at the same time as your Member Plan fee, around the 5th of each month. Our Member Plans are Net 15, which means that you'll have 15 days to pay fees after recieving your monthly invoice.
INVENTORY INTAKE
- Straight from your supplier: Have your products sent to our Japan warehouse, directly from your manufacturer / supplier.
- Checked: Your inventory is checked when it arrives, and scanned into the warehouse system. If your inventory arrives without barcodes, our warehouse will add them free of charge.
- Monitor Online: Check your inventory levels at anytime on your unique Member page. (coming soon!)
WAREHOUSING
Store your business's inventory in our Japan warehouse!
-Our Japan warehouse is located in Saiama Prefecture, about a 30 minute drive from Tokyo.
We'll keep your products safe and organized while they await fulfillment!
PICK & PACK
- Automated Notice: We connect directly with your store so when a customer places an order, Mix-Mix Mail recieves that order automatically!
- Precise Packing: We select the best packaging and dunning for your order fulfillment, based on the total size of the products being shipped.
- Process Updates: Your customer recieves a notification with their tracking number, as soon as their order is ready to be shipped.
SHIPPING
Mix-Mix Mail utilizes Kuroneko Yamato and Sagawa Express for domestic shipping. Enjoy cheaper shipping with our excellent courier-negotiated rates. Even better... the price of postage is already included in the Pick & Pack & Ship fee!
