INTRODUCING: PICK & PACK & SHIP
A customer places an order with your store. That's nice. Now what?
This is the part of the fulfillment process call "Pick & Pack & Ship", where we transform your online sales into shipments, and then send them out!
When an order comes in through your store, Mix-Mix Mail automatically receives a notification.

PICKING
Once an order is made to your eCommerce store, the picking phase begins.
Our warehouse automatically receives the order via our Direct Connect system and immediately gets to work assembling that order. The ordered item are removed from your stored inventory, and a quality check is performed before readying those products for packing.
PACKING
Now that we've picked your customer's ordered products from your inventory, what happens next?
We pack them in a box, of course! Or envelope.
Our team selects the best box to fit your customer's order (based on the total size of the products contained) and packages everything so as to prevent damage in transit.
After that, your customer's order is ready to be shipped!

Let's illustrate an example of Pick & Pack & Ship pricing for a typical order fulfillment.
In this example, we'll say that your e-commerce store sells 'creepy old monkey toys' and 'cute Teruterubozu dolls' to Japan.
Creepy Monkey Toy
Dimensions: 28 cm x 18 cm x 21 cm = 63 cm
Size: L-Size
Cute Teruterubozu
Dimensions: 13 cm x 8 cm x 8 cm = 29 cm
Size: M-Size
A customer really likes your creepy monkey toys for some horrible reason, so they place an order for 2 monkey toys and 1 Teruterubozu doll. Our warehouse receives the order and quickly and efficiently 'Picks & Packs & Ships' the order.
The first item packed is already included in the Pick & Pack & Ship cost. This is the largest item, which is 1 monkey toy. So the ADDITIONAL items being added are:
-1 additional monkey toy
-1 additional teruterubozu doll
All of these items packed together would require an LL-size box. Therefore, the total price of Pick & Pack would be:
