WHAT IS WAREHOUSING?

In order for us to fulfill your customer's orders, you'll most likely want to keep your store's inventory with us. This type of inventory storage is called "Warehousing"!

Why is it called this? Because after we intake your inventory, we'll safely store it in our warehouse (duh).

Our warehouse is located in Saitama Prefecture, about 30 minutes outside of Tokyo. Regular cycle-checking is performed throughout the warehouse.

Our warehouse pricing is super simple. Your products are charged a small fee each day they remain in our warehouse, with the fee varying based on the product's size.

WHY WAREHOUSE IN JAPAN?

When you warehouse inventory in the same country as your customers, you save on shipping costs and increase the likelihood that orders arrive without issues. Even better, customers get their orders faster, which means happier customers, repeat business, and a better reputation for your store!

We currently only handle domestic fulfillment at our Japan Warehouse. We do not offer international shipping at this time (check back later, we're working on it ☆(>ᴗ•))

STORAGE SIZES

Warehousing is easy with Mix-Mix Mail!  

We offer 6 storage sizes based on the size and weight of each product:

S-Size
M-Size
L-Size
100-Size
LL-Size
3L-Size

S-Size

BIN is the smallest storage size we offer. To be considered S-Size, your product must be:
-Under 29.3 x 20.6cm or 11.5 x8.11in 
-Under 2.3cm or 0.9in thick
-Under 1kg or 2.2lbs

PRICE OF WAREHOUSING

Our warehouse pricing is super simple. Your products are charged a small fee each day they remain in our warehouse, with the fee varying based on the product's size.


Like all of our services, Warehousing fees already include tax in the price.
