After a customer places an order on your eCommerce store and our warehouse has Pick & Packed the products from your inventory, it's time for the part where... the order is actually shipped out! That's why our service is called "Pick & Pack & Ship"!

Mix-Mix Mail uses domestic mail courier services!
We have access to specially negotiated rates, which means we're able to bundle the cost of postage into our Pick & Pack & Ship fee!
We generally ship with Kuroneko Yamato and Sagawa Express. Want us to partner with a new service? Let us know what you have in mind!
SHIPPING FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
Shipping is cheaper, faster, and more reliable when orders are sent out closer to the customer. That's why it's so important to ship from within the country!
Our warehouse is located in Saitama Prefecture, about 30 minutes outside of Tokyo, and in a prime logistics zone!
Our goal is to satisfy your customers with good shipping, no matter where in the country they are!
ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING
Order go out quickly and reliably from our warehouse!
Your orders are generally shipped out on the same day that customers place them.
As soon as a customer places an order on your store, our warehouse receives it. The ordered items are Pick & Packed, and before they're Shipped, a shipping label is made.
Your customer is automatically notified that their order is ready and on the way. This notification includes the order's tracking number.

After Picking & Packing your customer's order, a shipping label is prepared.
PRICE OF SHIPPING
Pick & Pack & Ship fees are charged at the same time as your monthly Member Plan, around the 5th of each month.
